Do I Have Multiple Accounts?

If you are unsure whether you have already created a Viki account, you can follow this guide to determine if you already have one. 

If you have created a new account without realizing you already have one, you may encounter:

  • Problems logging in
  • Unexpected or duplicate charges
  • Unexpected account changes, such as no subscription, different Watch History, etc.
  • Inability to view your Viki Pass subscription benefits if you had unknowingly subscribed to Viki Pass on a different account
   It's not possible to create multiple accounts with the same email address. 
Checking for accounts

If you're experiencing any of the issues above, there are several ways to check if you have multiple accounts:

  • Try logging in with any other email addresses you might have used to create an account.
  • Enter any email addresses you use into Forgot Password

 If there's an account associated with the email address, you will receive a password reset email sent to the address.

If you did not receive the email to reset your password, check your other email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders.

Alternative ways to check if you have a Viki account
  • Check your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders, for any emails from Viki. If you have received any emails from Viki, that means you have an account associated with that email.
  • It is possible that you have created an account using  Facebook/Google. Please attempt to login using the Facebook/Google option. If you are successfully logged in, check if the account is the same as the account that you have been using. You can also visit Subscription & Settings to see if this account has an active subscription.
  • For iOS users, it is possible that you have created an account with your Apple ID. Please attempt to log in using the Apple ID option. Once logged in, check if the account is the same as the account that you have  been using:
    • Check the username or email address shown on your Profile settings page (e.g., is the email address shown a unique, random email address that looks like xyz87@privaterelay.appleid.com instead of your usual address?)
    • Visit Subscription & Settings to see if this account has an active subscription.
   If you find an account with a Viki Pass subscription you're not using or no longer want, you can follow these steps to cancel your subscription.
