This article contains a guide for non-trial Viki Pass subscriptions. For trial subscriptions, changes made are usually immediate. Please visit this page for more details about trial subscription changes on the different billing platforms.
If you had accidentally made changes to your subscription, it's possible to revert them in these situations:
Revert a cancelation
For web subscriptions that have been canceled, you will be able to access the plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You can revert the cancelation during this period if you decide to continue with the subscription renewal instead.
- On a web/mobile browser, log in to Viki.com
- Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Click Resubscribe now
Undo a plan change
If you made a downgrade for your web subscription, you would only be able to access the downgraded plan benefits after the end of your current billing cycle. Before the downgraded plan starts, you can undo the plan change if you decide to continue with your current plan tier instead.
Note: Upgrades for web subscriptions take effect immediately so there will be no option to undo the plan change. To learn more about plan changes and how you will be billed, do refer to this article.
- On a web browser, log in to Viki.com
- Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Click Undo
Revert a cancelation
For Google Play subscriptions that have been canceled, you will be able to access the plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You can revert the cancelation during this period if you decide to continue with the subscription renewal instead.
To revert a cancelation on a web/mobile browser, you can follow the steps below or refer to this Google Support article.
- On a web/mobile browser, log in to Viki.com
- Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Click Resubscribe now
- You will be redirected to your Google Play account. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the process
Note: Some subscriptions may not be available to restore. For such cases, do contact Google Play Support for more assistance.
Undo a plan change
Plan changes for Google Play subscriptions take effect immediately so there will be no option to undo the plan change.
However, there will be a period of leftover credits from your old plan where you will not be billed for the new plan yet. During this period, you may cancel your subscription to prevent the new plan from being billed.
You may refer to the Subscription and Settings page on Viki or your Google account to find out your next billing date.

For Apple subscriptions that have been canceled, you will be able to access the plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You can revert the cancelation during this period if you decide to continue with the subscription renewal instead.
- On a web/mobile browser, log in to Viki.com
- Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Click Resubscribe now
- You will be redirected to your Apple account. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the process
Undo a plan change
If you made a downgrade for your Apple subscription, you will only be able to access the downgraded plan benefits after the end of your current billing cycle. Before the downgraded plan kicks in, you can undo the plan change by canceling your subscription or changing plans on the app.

Revert a cancelation
For Roku subscriptions that have been canceled, you will be able to access the plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You can revert the cancelation during this period by visiting the Subscriptions page on your Roku account > select Keep subscription.

- On a web/mobile browser, log in to Viki.com
- Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Click Resubscribe now
- You will be redirected to your Roku account. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the process
