Based on the device you had initially been subscribed on, you can cancel your subscription with the steps listed below. We recommend making any subscription changes at least 2 days before the renewal date for the changes to be applied smoothly.

To cancel your subscription:
- On a web or mobile browser, log in to Viki.com.
- Click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
- Select Subscription and Settings and click on the 'Subscription' tab.
- Click 'Cancel plan' and choose 'Yes, cancel plan' on the pop-up prompt.
- The page will refresh with a confirmation shown, and you may take the survey to share your feedback.

Upgrading or downgrading during the cancellation period will revert your plan to an active status, and you will be billed for the new plan. Refer to this article to see how and when you will be charged for your new plan.
You can cancel your Google Play Viki Pass subscription on your Android mobile device or web/mobile browser by following any methods listed below. Canceling a Google Play subscription on the Android TV Viki app is currently not available.
Important Notes
- Google manages billing for Google Play subscriptions. Contact Google Play Support directly for any additional questions regarding Google Play billing (e.g., payment issues, unauthorized charges, etc.).
- Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription.
- If you don't see Viki Pass under your Google Play account's Subscriptions page, and you're still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Google ID. If you're still unable to find the subscription, you might've subscribed directly through the Viki website / Apple / Roku and not through Google Play.
Cancel Viki Pass via the Android Viki app
While logged in on your Android device with the Google account, you used to subscribe:
- Log in to the Android Viki app.
- On the bottom menu, go to Me.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription on the pop-up prompt.
- Take the optional one-question survey and select Submit.
Cancel Viki Pass through the Viki.com website
To cancel your subscription on a web/mobile browser, you can follow the steps below or refer to this Google Support article.
- On a web or mobile browser, log in to Viki.com.

Cancel Viki Pass via the iOS Viki app

- Log in to the iOS Viki app.
- On the bottom menu, go to ME.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscription.
- Choose Yes on the pop-up prompt.

- After being redirected to your Apple Subscriptions page, scroll to the bottom and click on Cancel Subscription. Follow the confirmation prompts to cancel the subscription.
Cancel Viki Pass through your Apple TV
If you have the Viki app installed on your Apple TV (4th generation or newer), you can cancel your subscription with these steps:
- First, open the Apple TV Settings.
- Select Users & Accounts, then select your account.
- Select Subscriptions and choose the Viki Pass subscription.
- Next, click on Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts to cancel the subscription.
Cancel Viki Pass through the Viki.com website
To cancel your subscription on a web/mobile browser, you can follow the steps below or refer to this Apple Support article.
- On a web or mobile browser, log in to Viki.com.
- Click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
- Select Subscription and Settings and click on the 'Subscription' tab.
- Click 'Cancel plan' and choose 'Continue to cancel' on the pop-up prompt.
- You will be asked to click on 'Cancel on Apple' to be redirected to your Apple account. Follow the confirmation prompts to cancel the subscription.
You can view and/or cancel your Roku Viki Pass Plus subscription from your Roku device or a computer/mobile web browser by following the methods listed below.
Important Notes
- Roku Pay manages the billing for Roku subscriptions. For any additional questions regarding Roku billing (e.g. payment issues, refunds, unauthorized charges, etc.), do contact Roku Support directly.
- It's not possible to change plans in the middle of an existing subscription on Roku. To change your plan, the existing subscription has to be canceled first. Once the subscription ends, you will be able to change to a different Viki Pass plan via our website or mobile app options.
- If you don't see Viki Pass under your Roku account's Subscriptions page, and you're still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Roku account. If you're still unable to find the subscription, you might've subscribed directly through the Viki website / Google Play / Apple and not through Roku.
Cancel Viki Pass via the Roku Viki Channel
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Go to the Viki Options by following either of these steps:
- From the channel lineup
- Highlight the Viki channel.
- Press Star on your remote.
- From the Channel Store
- Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
- Search for the Viki channel.
- Press OK on your remote.
- Once you access Options, select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
- To unsubscribe, select Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompt.
Cancel Viki Pass through the Viki.com website
To cancel your subscription on a web/mobile browser, you can follow the steps below or refer to this Roku Support article.
- On a web or mobile browser, log in to Viki.com.
- Click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

Access after canceling a subscription
When you cancel your subscription you'll still have access to your benefits for the remaining time left in your billing cycle or trial period.
For example, if you purchased a one-year subscription on Jan 1 for USD 49.99 and decide to cancel your Subscription on July 1, you will have access to the Subscription until Dec 31. However, you will not be charged the renewal subscription of USD 49.99 the following Jan 1, and your benefits will end.
