Depending on the device you used to subscribe to Viki Pass, you can easily view, upgrade, and downgrade your subscription by following the steps listed below. If you need help identifying your Viki Pass plan, you may refer to this article first.

- On a web or mobile browser, log in to Viki.com.
- Click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
- Select Account Settings
- On the Subscription tab, you will see your plan, payment details, and the Change Plan button.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will see a success message. Viki will also send a confirmation to the email linked to your Viki account.
Important Notes
- Plan upgrades are processed immediately when changing to a higher-priced plan, with a prorated charge being processed to cover the difference of the upgrade.
- Downgrades to a lower-priced plan will only kick in after your current subscription expires.
- For upgrades made during the trial period, you will be billed for your new plan immediately and any remaining time left in your trial will be forfeited.

Changing Plans After Cancellation
Upgrading or downgrading during the cancellation period will revert your plan to an active status, and you will be billed for the new plan.
Important Notes
- Currently, there is no option to manage a subscription directly on the Android TV Viki app.
- Upgrades or downgrades made to a Google Play subscription are processed immediately. All outstanding credit from the original subscription will be rolled over to the new subscription plan on a pro-rated basis. For more information on how this would affect your billing cycle and trial period, please refer to this article.
- The option to change plans during a billing cycle might not apply to certain users subscribing via Google Play Store (India). More details here.
Manage Viki Pass via the Android Viki app
While logged in to your Android device with the Google account, you used to subscribe:
- Log in to the Android Viki app.
- On the bottom menu, go to Me.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions.
- You will see your subscription details and the option to Change Subscription.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
Manage Viki Pass Through The Google Play Website
- On your computer/mobile web browser, go to play.google.com.
- Make sure you're logged in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left, click on My subscriptions.
- Select the Viki Pass subscription.
- Click Manage, and you will see the options to cancel your subscription or update your billing details. Unfortunately, the upgrade/downgrade option is not available via this method.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
Important Notes
- Plan upgrades on Apple are processed immediately. The total price of the new subscription will be billed when changing to a higher-tiered plan. The unused portion of your original subscription will be refunded by Apple and sent to you in 5-10 days.
- Plan downgrades will only take effect after the current subscription expires.
- For upgrades/downgrades made during the trial period, your trial will continue, and you will only be billed at the end of the trial.

Manage Viki Pass via the iOS Viki App
While logged in on your iOS device with the Apple ID you used to subscribe: [If you can't find the Apple ID you subscribed with, please click here]
- Log in to the iOS Viki app.
- On the bottom menu, go to ME.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions. You will see your subscription details and the option to Change Subscription.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Apple.
Manage Viki Pass Through Your Computer
Learn how to manage your subscription on a Windows PC with the steps listed below. For Mac users, please refer to the steps indicated in this Apple Support article instead.
- On your Windows PC, download or open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account, then select View My Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Scroll to the Settings section and select Manage next to Subscriptions.
- In the Viki Pass section, select Edit. You will see the options to change or cancel your subscription.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Apple.
Important Notes

Only the Viki Pass Plus Monthly subscription is available via Roku.
- It's not possible to change plans in the middle of an existing subscription on Roku. To change the plan, the current subscription has to be canceled first. Once the subscription ends, you will be able to switch to a different Viki Pass plan via our website or mobile app options.
Manage Viki Pass via the Roku Viki Channel
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Go to the Viki Options by following either of these steps:
- From the channel lineup
- Highlight the Viki channel.
- Press Star on your remote.
- From the Channel Store
- Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
- Search for the Viki channel.
- Press OK on your remote.
- Once you access Options, select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
Manage Viki Pass through the Roku website
- On a mobile/web browser, log in to my.roku.com.
- Select Manage your subscriptions.
- Locate your Viki Pass on the My Subscriptions page to find your subscription's term, status, and renewal date.
When Is My Billing / Renewal Date?
After logging in to Viki.com on a web or mobile browser, you can find your next renewal date on the Subscription tab of your Account Settings page.
Depending on your plan type, billing occurs automatically on a monthly or annual basis. So, for example, if you purchased a monthly Viki Pass plan on the 1st of the month, you'll continue to be billed on the 1st of each month.
Important
You will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription.
For web (Viki.com) subscribers, you can also view all your previous subscription payments under the Billing History tab.
