This article offers detailed information on how you will be billed after switching plans, based on the platform that you subscribed on.

Starting August 9th, 2021 (PDT), we have discontinued new sign-ups for the Viki Pass Basic plan. It will not be possible for existing Viki Pass Basic subscribers to revert to this plan if any cancelations or plan changes are made. You may consider re-subscribing to our other plans instead.
