How can I view or manage my subscription?

Depending on the device you used to subscribe to Viki Pass, you can easily view, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription by following these steps:

Web subscriptions

  • Login to Viki.com.
  • Go to your Subscription & Settings.
  • You will be able to see your Viki Pass subscription, billing details and the options to Cancel/Change Plan.
  • After making the desired changes to your subscription, a confirmation email will be sent to the email linked to your Viki account.
Note: Plan upgrades are processed immediately when changing to a higher-priced plan. A prorated charge will be processed to cover the difference of the upgrade, depending on your older subscription and the time left on the plan. Downgrades to a lower-priced plan will only kick in after your current subscription expires. For more details on charges after upgrading or downgrading, please refer to this article.
