Depending on the device you used to subscribe to Viki Pass, you can easily view, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription by following these steps:
- Login to Viki.com.
- Go to your Subscription & Settings.
- You will be able to see your Viki Pass subscription, billing details and the options to Cancel/Change Plan.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, a confirmation email will be sent to the email linked to your Viki account.
Changing plans after cancellation
Making changes during the cancellation period will revert your plan back to an active status and it will be renewed at the next billing cycle.
While logged in to your Android device with the Google account you used to subscribe:
- Log in to the Viki Android app.
- On the bottom menu, go to Me.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions.
- You will see your subscription details and the options to Cancel Subscription and/or Change Subscription.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
Google Play Subscriptions via Mac or PC
- On your computer web browser, go to play.google.com.
- Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left, click on My subscriptions.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from Google.
While logged in to your iOS device with the Apple ID you used to subscribe:

- Log in to the Viki iOS app. On the bottom menu, go to ME.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions. You will see your subscription details and the options to Cancel Subscription and/or Change Subscription.
- After making the desired changes to your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation from iTunes.
Note: Plan upgrades are processed immediately. You will be charged the full price of the new subscription when changing to a higher tiered plan. A refund for the unused portion of your original subscription will be processed by Apple and sent to you in 5-10 days.
- Open iTunes.
- From the iTunes menu bar choose Account > View My Account.
- Log in with your Apple ID, then click View Account.
- On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section. To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
- To the right of the subscription that you want to manage, click Edit.
If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Learn what to do if you still can’t view your subscription. - Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
You can view and/or cancel the Roku Viki Pass Plus subscription from your Roku device or via computer browser by following the methods listed below:
- Press Home
on your Roku remote.
- Go to the Viki Options by following either of these steps:
- From your channel lineup
- Highlight the Viki channel.
- Press Star
on your remote.
- From the Channel Store
- Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
- Search for the Viki channel.
- Press OK
on your remote.
- Once you access Options, select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access Cancel Subscription option.
- Login to my.roku.com
- Select Manage your subscriptions.
- Locate your Viki subscription on the My Subscriptions page.
- You will see your subscription details and also the options to Cancel Subscription
Note: It's not possible to change plans in the middle of an existing subscription on Roku. To change plan, the existing subscription has to be canceled first. Once the current plan ends, you will be able to subscribe again to the desired plan.
