Why can't I login using Facebook or Google?

Incompatibility issues between Viki and Facebook or Google login may cause login errors from time to time.

To troubleshoot, please reset your login credentials to gain access to the correct account by taking the steps below: 

Facebook

1. Logout from Viki
2. If the issue happens on mobile, delete the Viki app from your device
3. Go to Facebook Settings facebook.com/settings > Apps and Websites 
4. Delete the Viki app from Facebook Apps
5. If on mobile, reinstall the Viki app
6. Log in again with Facebook on Viki 

Google

1. Logout from Viki
2. If the issue happens on mobile, delete the Viki app from your device
3. Go to Google Account at myaccount.google.com > Select Security > Scroll down to Third-party apps with account access > Click on Apps with access to your account
4. Find the Viki app and select Remove Access
5. If on mobile, reinstall the Viki app
6. Log in again with Google on Viki
