Why can't I watch Viki on my Mobile/TV Web browser?

What is Mobile/TV Web browser Video Playback?

  • Any video that plays on a web browsing app like Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc., on any mobile device, including tablets, iPads, smartphones, mobile-based TV browsers, etc.

Why is Mobile/TV Web Video Playback no longer available?

  • Videos on Mobile Web Players, tablets, smartphones, or TV browsers, do not provide the same video watching experience and are more likely to cause playback and video loading issues. For the best experience, download our app on Apple's App Store and Google Play and check out all of our supported apps here! For Viki Pass subscribers, you may also use Chromecast to watch on your TVs.
