This article contains information on how you can subscribe to Viki Pass.
Viki Pass is a subscription service that allows you to watch exclusive videos, free of ads, and in HD. You can subscribe to Viki Pass via any of the options listed here:
- Go to www.viki.com/pass
- Select the type of plan that you would like to subscribe to.
- On the Checkout page, choose either a Monthly or Annual plan and input your payment method.
- Review the plan details and click on 'Submit' to subscribe.

- Log in to your Viki account on the Viki app.
- At the menu at the bottom, tap on ME
- Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
- Scroll down to the Viki Pass section and tap on Upgrade to Viki Pass
- Scroll down and then select the plan that you would like to subscribe to.
On the Viki app
- Log in to your Viki account on the Viki app. To learn how to log in, please refer to this article.
- At the menu on the left, scroll down to Viki Pass.
- Click on the plan that you would like to subscribe to.
- Select the payment method and click on Subscribe.
- Log into your Google Play account to confirm your subscription.
On the Google Play Store
- On your Android TV, open Google Play Store.
- Search for the Viki app and select Subscribe & install.
- Follow the prompts to create a Viki account on the 'Sign up with Google and link' page. Your new Viki account will be linked to your Gmail address shown on screen.
- Select your payment method and click on the Subscribe button.
- If successful, a confirmation page will be shown.
- On your Android TV, open Google Play Store.
- Search for the Viki app and select Subscribe & install / Subscribe.
- Follow the prompts to link your Viki account on the 'Sign up with Google and link' page.
(You will not see this page if your account is already linked to Google. To check if your account is linked, visit this page.) - Select your payment method and click on the Subscribe button.
- If successful, a confirmation page will be shown.
- You will be informed that your current Viki account is linked on the next page.
Can't find your subscription?
If you are not able to find your subscription when logged into your Viki account, it is likely that another account was created during the subscription process above. This could be the case if your Google email is different from the email used for your existing Viki account.
Do try to log in with your Google ID or check for your accounts with the tips listed on this article.
Seeing two subscriptions?
If you're an existing subscriber that had mistakenly subscribed again through the above process, a duplicate subscription might have been created.
- If the duplicate subscription happened on an account that already had an active subscription, a cancellation and refund for this duplicate subscription will be processed by Google Play within 3 working days.
- If the duplicate subscription happened on an account without an active subscription but you are already subscribed on another account, please contact the Support team with the details listed on this article.
- Log in to your Viki account on the Viki app. To learn how to log in, please refer to this article.
- At the top menu of the app, scroll across to Viki Pass.
- Select the plan that you would like to subscribe to.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your subscription.
- Log in to the Viki channel on your Roku device. To learn how to log in, please refer to this article.
- Go to Viki Pass Subscriptions
- Select the Viki Pass Plus Monthly plan, and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription.
- Restart the Viki channel after subscribing, for the benefits to take effect.
Viki Pass subscriptions made via Roku have the following restrictions:
- Only the Viki Pass Plus Monthly subscription ($9.99/month) is available via Roku.
- Once a subscription starts, no subscription plan change is allowed. If you wish to change your current plan, please cancel your subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle. Once the subscription ends, you will be able to change to a different Viki Pass plan via our website or mobile app options.
- Subscriptions made via Roku are non-refundable.
