To cancel your subscription:
- Click on your profile on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
- Click Subscription & Settings and click on 'Cancel Plan',
- Take the one question survey and click on 'Yes, please cancel'.
You should receive a cancellation confirmation email and will continue to see benefits until the end of your billing period.

Changing plans after cancellation
Making changes during the cancellation period will revert your plan back to an active status and it will be renewed at the next billing cycle.
Cancel Viki Pass via Android
- While logged in on your Android device with the Google account you used to subscribe.
- Log in to the Viki Android app.
- On the bottom menu, go to Me
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription
- Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription in the Google Play Store
- After your subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email from Google
Cancel Viki Pass through your computer
- Go to play.google.com/store/account.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- After your subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email from Google
- While logged in on your iOS device with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. If you can't log into your Apple ID on your device, please click here.
- Log in to the Viki iOS app.
- On the bottom menu, go to ME
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down to Viki Pass > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription
- Take the one question survey and click on Done
- On the Edit Subscription page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel Subscription. Follow the confirmation prompts to cancel the subscription in iTunes Store
- After your subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email from iTunes
- Download or open iTunes.
- Select Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
- Select your name, then select Account Info from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your password again.
- On the Account Information screen, scroll to the Settings section.
- To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage.
- In the Viki section, select Edit.
- Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. You'll receive an email from iTunes confirming your cancellation.
- To resume your Viki Pass subscription directly with Viki billing, you can renew your membership from the Viki Pass setting page on the Viki website.
You can view and/or cancel your Roku Viki Pass Plus subscription from your Roku device or via computer browser by following the methods listed below:
via Roku app
- Press Home
on your Roku remote.
- Go to the Viki Options by following either of these steps:
- From your channel lineup
- Highlight the Viki channel.
- Press Star
on your remote.
- From the Channel Store
- Scroll down and select Streaming Channels.
- Search for the Viki channel.
- Press OK
on your remote.
- Once you access Options, select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
- To unsubscribe, select Cancel Subscription. Confirm by choosing to remove the channel immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term.
via Roku website
- Login to my.roku.com
- Select Manage your subscriptions.
- Locate your Viki subscription on the My Subscriptions page.
- Select Cancel Subscription > Done.
- After canceling, you will continue to enjoy Viki Pass benefits until the end of your billing cycle.
Access after cancelling Subscription
When you cancel your subscription you'll still have access to your benefits for the remainder of the time you have already paid for.
For example, if you purchased a one-year subscription on Jan 1 for $49.99 and decide to cancel your subscription on July 1, you will have access to the subscription until Dec. 31. But you will not be charged the renewal subscription of $49.99 the following Jan 1, and your benefits will end.
Access after cancelling Trial
Subscriptions via Viki.com
Cancelling during your trial will end your subscription with immediate effect.
Subscriptions via iTunes, Google Play and Roku
After cancelling your trial, your benefits will continue for the remainder of the 7-day period.
