- If you are a new user, you will need to create a Viki account and verify your email address.
- From a mobile browser, go to Viki.com and sign up for a new account with your preferred login method.

- Once you have created an account, proceed to verify your email by following the instructions provided.

- For users who have signed up using the Google or Apple sign in method, you will be auto-verified and will not need to verify your account.
- Once you have successfully logged into your Viki account via a mobile browser, proceed to step 2.
- From a mobile browser, go to Viki.com and sign up for a new account with your preferred login method.
- Visit the LG Streaming Week app on your LG TV and click on the Viki banner to access the promotional page and redemption details.
- Scan the QR code with your mobile device and you will be redirected to the Viki website.
- Click on ‘Redeem Promo’ and you will get redirected to the Viki checkout page with the promo code already prefilled.
- Note: You may be asked to log in to your Viki account again.
- Select and input your Payment Method. A payment method will be required to activate the promo code but you will not be charged for your first month of subscription.
- On the Payment Summary, make sure to review that you are on the Standard Monthly plan and that the promo code is successfully applied to the plan.
- Once done, click on "Confirm".
- You will see a message confirming that you’ve successfully subscribed to the Viki Pass Standard Monthly plan.
- Return to your LG TV, install the Viki app, and log in to your Viki account to start watching your shows!
