We want to assure you that, as of now, there will be no price increases for existing subscribers. You will stay at the current price plan as long as you remain subscribed following the rollout for your country.
Increases in plan prices for this rollout will only take effect in limited scenarios. As a guide:
- If you cancel your current plan or if it gets canceled due to failed renewal payment(s), you will be charged the new pricing when you resubscribe back to Viki Pass.
- If you make a plan switch, you will be charged based on the updated prices of each plan. For more details about how you will be billed for your plan switch, please refer to this article.
- If you redeem a promotional code or coupon after prices have changed for your country, the new pricing will apply after the expiry of the promotional subscription period.
If the new pricing reflects a decrease in your country, for existing subscribers, your renewal price will be automatically decreased from your next billing date.
