This article contains information on how to take a screenshot of your screen.
Sometimes, we may request you to send us a screenshot to identify better the issues you're facing on Viki. Always make sure you share your whole screen, including URL bar, clock, etc.
1. Select the Start button, type snipping tool in the search box on the taskbar, and then select the Snipping Tool from the results list.
2. In Snipping Tool, select Mode (in older versions, select the arrow next to the New button), and then choose Full-screen snip/Rectangle Snip to save your current screen as an image.
3. After you capture a snip, select the Save Snip button.
4. In the Save As box, type a file name, location, and type, and then select Save.
1. On your keyboard, press Shift-Command-3
2. The screenshot would as a .png file on your desktop.
On an iPhone with Face ID:
1. Simultaneously press and then release the side button and volume up button.
2. Tap the screenshot in the lower-left corner, then tap Done.
3. Choose Save to Photos, Save to Files, or Delete Screenshot.
On an iPhone with a Home button
1. Simultaneously press and then release the Home button and the side button or Sleep/Wake button (depending on your model).
2. Tap the screenshot in the lower-left corner, then tap Done.
3. Choose Save to Photos, Save to Files, or Delete Screenshot.
To find the screenshot you just took, along with the ones you've taken before, go to Photos > Albums and tap Screenshots.
