C.    Accessibility Laws in the EU

It is a requirement under the accessibility laws of the European Union that services provided to people in the EU with disabilities must be easy to find, accessible and usable without particular difficulty and, in principle, without help from others.

Each country in the EU has its own market surveillance authority with responsibility for monitoring compliance with accessibility laws. Should you require assistance or experience any issue with accessing or using the Viki Service, we’d encourage you to contact us in the first instance and we’d be happy to discuss any accessibility issues that you may experience when using our service. Alternatively, we can help you find the market surveillance authority for your country.
