Rentals - How do I find my rented shows?

  Expired or completed rentals will not appear in your ‘Rented’ list. To see a full history of your rented shows, please refer to the section below - Finding Your Rental History 

  Finding Your Rented Shows

  Viki.com

  1. On the Viki homepage, scroll down to the Rented section.
  2. To view the full list of your rented movies, tap on ‘Rented’.
  3. If you are watching a rental midway, the movie will appear in your Continue Watching list.

Alternatively, you can click on the Rental icon Rented_icon.png on the top-right corner of the homepage.

  Mobile (iOS / Android)
Homepage

  1. At the app homepage, scroll down to the Rented section.
  2. To view the full list of your rented movies, tap on ‘Rented’.
  3. If you are watching a rental midway, the movie will appear in your Continue Watching list.

  1. On the left side bar, click on the 'Me' icon to see the full list of your Rented shows.
  Samsung TV / LG TV
  Currently, only Viki Pass subscribers will be able to access the LG TV and Samsung TV apps when they are launched. Refer to this article for more details on how to subscribe. More updates on app availability can be found in these articles - Samsung TV / LG TV.

  Finding Your Rental History

  For shows rented on Viki.com

At the moment, you can only access your rental history via the Billing History page on mobile and web browsers.

  1. On Viki.com, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select 'Subscription and Settings' on the drop-down list. 
  3. Click on the ‘Billing History’ tab.
  4. View your rental history on the ‘Rentals’ tab. 
  For shows rented on Apps (via Apple/Google/Roku)

At the moment, you can only access your rental history through the respective billing stores where you made your payment - Apple / Google / Roku
