How Does Continue Watching Work?

'Continue Watching' is a feature that enables you to keep track of the dramas that you are currently watching, and allows you to seamlessly resume the dramas you were watching previously.


How Do I Remove Shows From My Continue Watching List?

At the moment, you may only remove shows from your Continue Watching list on Web and Mobile devices.

Web
  1. Hover your mouse over your Continue Watching List on the homepage.  
  2. Click See All.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Delete the shows you want to remove by clicking on the X icons. When finished, click on Done.

iOS
  1. Tap on Continue Watching on the Home screen.

  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Remove the shows you want but tapping on the Delete Icon. When finished, tap Done.

  1. Tap on Continue Watching on the Home screen.

  3. Remove the shows you want by selecting the videos and then tapping on the ic_delete.png icon.

What Do I Do When My Continue Watching List Is Not Updating?

Please note that updates to Continue Watching can take up to 5 minutes to reflect, and the episode or movie must be played for at least 5 minutes for progress to be saved.

Web
  1. Log out of your Viki account.
  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Instructions are available here: https://watch.viki.com/435g33Y
  3. Close your browser completely, then reopen it.
  4. Log back in to your Viki account.
  5. Make sure to disable or ensure that Adblock is disabled. To learn how to do this, please go here https://watch.viki.com/3pYUyTF
  6. Disable any ad blockers or tracking protection.
    • Firefox: Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for Viki.com 
    • Chrome: Make sure ad blocking is turned off or that viki.com is added to the list of allowed sites. You can check this by visiting: chrome://settings/content/ads?search=ad
  7. If the issue persists after disabling ad blockers, please try this additional step:
    • Open your ad blocker from the browser toolbar
    • Go to the Whitelisted websites section
    • Add litix.io (one of our domains), then save and close the tab
Mobile
  1. Log out of your Viki account.
  2. If you're on an Android device, clean the cache and cookies on your device- https://watch.viki.com/3Jev0IF
  3. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app.
  4. Log back in using your Viki account email address
CTV
  1. Log out of your Viki account.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app. 
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Log back in using your Viki account email address.
