How do I create a Rakuten ID?
- Press on the "Sign in with Rakuten ID" button.
- Press the "Create a Rakuten ID" button.
- Fill up your required account credentials.
- In a moment, you will receive an email notifying you of the successful Rakuten ID registration.
What if I have an existing Rakuten Japan ID account?
The Rakuten Global ID login system will replace the Rakuten Japan ID login on Viki.jp.
However, existing Viki users on Japan ID will still be able to log in to Viki using the Rakuten Global ID by using their Japan ID login credentials.
