How Do I Log in to Viki?

You can log in on all our supported apps via Email and Password, Rakuten ID, Facebook Login, Google Login and Apple ID. 

  Web Browser

  Log in With Email & Password

  1. Click Log in at the top-right corner of the Viki homepage.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.

  Log in With Facebook

  1.  Click Log in at the top-right corner of the Viki homepage.
  2.  Select Continue with Facebook.

 If you're not logged in on Facebook on your browser, a pop-up will appear for you to log in to Facebook, followed by another pop-up for you to confirm the privacy settings if needed. Click Continue as.

  Log in with Google

  1. Click Log in at the top-right corner of the Viki homepage.
  2. Select Continue with Google.
  3. Follow the steps to log in to your Google account and allow access to Viki.

  If you're not logged in to Google on your browser, or if you're logged in to multiple Google accounts, a pop-up will appear for you to select which Google account you want to link, followed by another pop-up to confirm the privacy settings, if necessary. Click Allow.
   Log in With Apple ID

  1. Click Log in at the top-right corner of the Viki homepage.
  2. Select Continue With Apple from the drop-down menu.
  3. Follow the steps to log in to your Apple ID account and allow access to Viki.

  Mobile Device

  Log in From the Home Screen

  1. On the 'Home' bar at the top, tap the Log In (on Apple) / Get Viki Pass (on Android) button to bring up the login screen.

  Log in From Your Profile

  1. Tap on group_3x.png 
  2. Tap on Log in to open the login screen.

  Log in From Settings

  1. Tap on  group_3x.png 
  2. Tap on Settings more_3x_copy_2.png at the top right.
  3. From Account, tap on Log in to Viki.

Log in via Your Preferred Option

  • Email/Password: Tap on Email login and enter your email and password on the next screen.
  • Facebook: Tap on Facebook and enter your Facebook credentials on the next screen.
  • Google: Tap on Google and select the account you want to use (if multiple) or enter your Google credentials on the next screen.
  • Rakuten ID: Tap on Rakuten and enter your Rakuten credentials on the next screen.
  • Apple ID: Tap on Apple and select your Apple ID to log in or create an account if it's the first time. If you don't have a Viki account and would like to sign up/register for an account, tap on Sign Up. More details on creating an account can be found here.
  Roku

  Log in via Email & Password

  1. Open the Viki channel.
  2. Click Log in now.
  3. Enter the Email and password you usually use to log in to Viki on your computer or mobile device.Email_ 1.jpg

  Apple TV

  Log in via QR Code

1. From the launch page on the Apple TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue.

2. Use your phone camera or any QR reader app to scan the QR code on your mobile device.

3. Scanning the QR code will launch the Viki mobile app or viki.com/appletv on your mobile web browser. You will be asked to log in if you haven't already done so.

4. If you are already logged in on either the Viki mobile app or viki.com/appletv, scanning the QR code will complete the linking of your account to your Apple TV after several seconds.

  Please check that both your mobile and Apple TV apps are updated. QR code login is only available for Viki mobile app version 6.14 (iOS), 6.6 (Android), and 2.10 (Apple TV) onwards.

  Log in Using the Alphanumeric Code

1. From the launch page on the Apple TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue.

2. From any computer or mobile device browser, visit Viki.com/appletv. Make sure you're logged in to the correct account and enter the code that appears on your Apple TV.

3. Once you submit the code, the app will start, and you'll be logged in.

  Log in via Email & Password

  • From the launch page on the Apple TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue > At the bottom of the sign-in page, select Continue with email > Use the email and password you usually use when logging in from a computer or mobile device.

  Android TV

  Log in via QR Code

1. From the launch page on the Android TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue.

2. Use your phone camera or any QR reader app to scan the QR code on your mobile device.

3. Scanning the QR code will launch the Viki mobile app or viki.com/androidtv on your mobile web browser. If you haven't already done so, you will be asked to log in on your Viki mobile app or web browser.

4. If you are already logged in on either the Viki mobile app or viki.com/androidtv, scanning the QR code will complete the linking of your account to your Android TV automatically within a few seconds.

  Please check that both your mobile and Android TV apps are updated. QR code login is only available for Viki mobile version 6.14 (iOS), 6.6 (Android), and 2.10 (Android TV) onwards.

  Log in Using the Alphanumeric Code

1. From the Android TV Viki app, go to Sign In > Login with Facebook, Google, or Rakuten. You'll get a code to enter on another mobile device or computer.

2. From a computer or mobile device browser, visit viki.com/androidtv. Make sure you're logged in to your account and enter the code that appears on your Android TV.

3. Once you submit the code, the app will restart, and you'll be logged in.

  Log in via Email & Password

  • On the Android TV Viki app, go to Sign In > Enter your email and password > click on Log In. Use the email and password that you usually use when logging in from a computer or mobile device.

  Amazon Fire TV

 Log in via QR Code

  QR code login is only available for Viki mobile version 6.14 (iOS), 6.6 (Android), and 2.9.4 (Fire TV).
  1. From the launch page on the Fire TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue.
  2. Use your phone camera or any QR reader app to scan the QR code on your mobile device.

3. Scanning the QR code will launch the Viki mobile app or viki.com/firetv on your mobile web browser. You will be asked to log in on your Viki mobile app or browser if you haven't already done so.

4. If you are already logged in on either the Viki mobile app or viki.com/firetv, scanning the QR code will complete the linking of your account to your Fire TV automatically within a few seconds.

  Log in Using the Alphanumeric Code

1. From the Fire TV Viki app, select Sign in to continue. An alphanumeric code will appear on the Sign in page.

2. From a computer or mobile device browser, visit viki.com/firetv. Make sure you're logged in to your account and enter the code that appears on your Fire TV.

3. Once you submit the code, the Fire TV Viki app will restart, and you'll be logged in.

  Log in via Email & Password 

  • On the Fire TV Viki app, go to Sign In > Enter your email and password > click on Log In. Use the email and password that you usually use when login in from a computer or mobile device. 

What About Google Login?

Although the Google login button has been removed on the Fire TV app, Google account users can still log in by clicking on either the Facebook or Rakuten button to log in.

Both the Facebook and Rakuten log-in buttons lead to the same Code login page on the Fire TV app. So simply the Code login steps above to access your account.

  LG TV 

  Log in via QR Code

  1. From the launch page of the Viki app,  select Log in.
  2. Scan the QR code using your phone camera or a QR reader app.

  3. Scanning the QR code will launch the Viki app on your phone or lead you to viki.com/lgtv on your mobile web browser. You will be prompted to log in if you haven’t already done so. 
  4. If you are already logged in, scanning the QR code will complete the linking of your account to the LG TV after a few seconds.

  Log in Using the Alphanumeric Code

  1. From the launch page of the Viki app, select Log in
  2. From any computer or mobile device web browser, visit viki.com/lgtv. Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account and enter the code you see on your LG TV.

  3. Once you submit the code, the app will start and you will log in. 
 Samsung TV

  Log in via QR Code

  1. From the launch page of the Viki app,  select Log in.
  2. Scan the QR code using your phone camera or QR reader app.

  3. Scanning the QR code will launch the Viki app on your phone or lead you to viki.com/samsungtv on your mobile web browser. You will be prompted to log in if you haven’t already done so.

  4. If you are already logged in, scanning the QR code will complete the linking of your account to the Samsung TV after a few seconds.

  Log in Using the Alphanumeric Code

  1. From the launch page of the Viki app, select Log in.
  2. From any computer or mobile device web browser, visit viki.com/samsungtv. Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account and enter the code you see on your Samsung TV.
