A Rakuten ID is your Rakuten account that can be used to sign in to Viki and other participating Rakuten services. Depending on your device and sign-in method, you may also be able to use a passkey for a more secure and convenient login experience.
How do I create a Rakuten ID?
- On the Viki login screen, select Continue With Rakuten.
- On the Rakuten sign-in page, select the option to create a new Rakuten account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required information and complete your Rakuten ID registration.
- Once your Rakuten ID registration is complete, you may be prompted to set up a passkey for a more secure and convenient way to sign in.

How do I log in with Rakuten ID?

If you have already set up a passkey, follow the prompts on your device to sign in. For more information, refer to How to sign in with passkey .
How do I reset my Rakuten ID password?
- On the Viki login screen, select Continue With Rakuten.
- On the Rakuten sign-in page, select Forgot your password?.
- Enter the email address associated with your Rakuten ID.
- Complete the required security check and select Send email.
- Check your email and follow the instructions provided to reset your Rakuten ID password.
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the email address associated with your Rakuten ID.
