How Do I Change My Email Address?

Changing Your Email Address

1. Log in to Viki.com
2. Under your Profile, go to Subscription & Settings
3. Under Account, below Basic Information, next to your email settings click on Change 
   
   
    If your email address has not been verified yet, you will not be able to see the button to Change your email address. Go here for more information on how to verify your email address.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have verified your account, click on Change to change your email address
   
   
   
   
5. When pop up appears, enter your new email address and click on Change email. 
6. An 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your current email address for verification purposes. Check your current email address inbox for this code. 
   
   
   
7. Once you input the 6-digit code correctly, you will see a confirmation pop up message appear on your screen, requesting you to verify your new email address. 
   
   
   
   
    If you do not receive the verification link, you will be able to resend it once again by clicking on the Resend button
8. Once you verify your new email address, you should get a confirmation notification on Viki.com
