Please follow the steps below to clear the cache and cookies on your devices. Clearing cache can fix problems such as loading issues or unexpected behavior in the user interface.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More (3 dot icon).
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Indicate a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Select Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the menu button and choose Settings.
- In the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear.
- Check "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files".
- Click Clear.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox on your computer.
- Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content", then click Clear.
- Changes are saved automatically once you close the page.
Opera
- Open Opera on your computer.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Privacy & security and click Delete browsing data.
- Select time range and data to clear, then click Delete data.
Safari
- On your Mac, open Safari.
- Click Safari on the top-left corner.
- Select Clear History and Website Data.
- Choose the time range and click Clear History.
- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Locate the Viki app.
- Tap Storage.
- Select Clear Data (clears app data and cache).
Apple iOS
Google Chrome
• On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome.
• Tap More (3 dot icon) > Settings.
• Tap Privacy and Security > Delete Browsing Data.
• Check "Cookies, Site Data".
• Uncheck other items.
• Tap Delete Browsing Data > Delete Browsing Data.
• Tap Done.
Microsoft Edge
• Open the Edge app, tap Menu (3 dots icon) > Settings.
• Tap Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
• Select "Cached images and files" and tap Clear now.
Mozilla Firefox
• On your iPhone or iPad, open Firefox.
• Tap the menu button (3 line icon) > Settings.
• Under Privacy, tap Data Management.
• Tap Website Data > Clear Items.
Opera
• Open the Opera app, tap the menu button (3 dot icon).
• Tap Settings > Clear Browser Data.
• Select "Cached Images and Files" and tap Clear.
• Tap Clear Selected Data and confirm.
Safari
• Go to Settings > Safari.
• Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Android
Google Chrome
• Open Chrome on your Android device.
• Tap More (3 dot icon) > Settings.
• Tap Privacy and Security > Delete browsing data.
• Select a time range (e.g. All time).
• Check "Cookies and site data", uncheck others.
• Tap Delete data > Delete.
Microsoft Edge
• Open Edge, tap Menu > Settings.
• Tap Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
• Select "Cached images and files" > Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
• Open Firefox on your Android device.
• Tap Menu > Settings.
• Tap Delete browsing data in Privacy and Security.
• Select “Cookies and site data” & “Cached images and files”.
• Tap Delete browsing data.
Opera
• Open Opera, tap the Profile menu.
• Tap Settings > Privacy and Security.
• Tap Clear data…
• Select "Cookies and site data" & "Cached images and files".
• Tap Clear data.
