How to Update Your Billing Address
If you subscribed directly through Viki.com and are located in certain countries where this feature is available, you can update your billing address by following these steps:
- On a web or mobile browser, log in to your account on Viki.com.
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Click on the 'Subscription' tab.
- Scroll down to the Billing address section and click ‘Update’.
- Enter your updated State/Province and ZIP/Postal code.
