What is a Promo Code?
Promo codes are discounts that can be redeemed when subscribing to a Viki Pass plan. If you have a promo code, you can redeem it using the "Add promo code +" option on the subscription checkout page.
- Sign in to your Viki account on Viki.com using a web or mobile browser. If you do not have an account yet, create one first.
- Go to www.viki.com/pass
- Select the Viki Pass plan specified by your promo code:
- Plan Type: Viki Pass Standard or Viki Pass Plus
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or Annual
- On the checkout page, confirm your selected plan and click 'Next'.

Select your Payment Method and enter the required payment details.
- Note: A valid payment method is required to redeem a promo code.
- Under Payment Summary, click "Add promo code +"
- Enter your promo code exactly as provided and click "Apply Code.

- Review your updated payment summary and subscription details.
- Click "Confirm" to complete your subscription.
- If the promo code is valid, the applicable discount will be reflected in your payment summary before you confirm your purchase.
Important
- Once the coupon is applied, you will be subscribed to a recurring subscription commencing automatically upon the expiry of the coupon period. You can change or cancel your subscription any time before the cycle end date of the coupon, and we recommend making any subscription changes at least 2 days before the renewal date for the changes to be applied smoothly. Visit the Subscription page in your account to do so.
- Promo codes can only be redeemed once unless stated otherwise.
- For Promo Codes that are valid for more than one billing cycle, please be aware that your code and benefits will terminate if you cancel your subscription before the last billing cycle. For example, if you redeemed a two-month Viki Pass promo code but canceled the subscription within the first month's billing cycle, you will not renew for the second month's cycle.

Can I Redeem Promo Codes on Viki Mobile or TV Apps?
Promo Codes can only be redeemed on Viki.com through a web/mobile browser and cannot be redeemed on our mobile or TV apps.
If you were redirected to the Viki app, please access the checkout page or promo link again and remain on your mobile/web browser to complete the process.
Can I Use a Promo Code if I Already Have a Viki Pass Subscription?
Check the promo details: Each promotional campaign has its eligibility criteria. Always look at their terms and conditions to check if you're able to redeem the promo code.
Subscriptions from external billing platforms: If you have an active Viki Pass subscription that was purchased outside of Viki.com (Which Viki Pass Subscription Do I Have?), you'll need to cancel it first. After your current subscription period finishes, you can then restart your Viki Pass on Viki.com and apply your promo code during the checkout process.
