I downgraded from plus to standard because of this chromecast subtitle sync issue. I realize now that there's not much that I want to watch on standard so I'm going to terminate my account entirely...

While viki.com is working on the problem, is it possible for viki.com to deactivate the chromecast function entirely so subscribers can at least cast by mirroring? I was able to mirror cast briefly...

This issue makes the using viki impossible. I'm going to give it another month before cancelling my subscription.
