this is getting bad even my goggle now is starting to just buff getting tired of watching on my cell phone ? so why does it work on cell phone and not pc no more ?

i am getting the same problem works on goggle but not my microsoft they had this same problem last year took them a week to fix it. Seems like when ever they do an update it gets mess up.
