Viki staff is out of reach on the weekend. Have you tried the following: - first logout of Viki, then clear cookies and cache/history and log again, or try another browser. Perhaps this will help ;)

Have you tried to log out and log in and clear cache and cookies? Do NOT post your personal info, this forum is pretty much public. They can find your account with your vikiID.

Try to logout and login, the Pass only works if you are logged in. Check also what it says in your VikiPass status, if it states you paid your subscription and it's not working then write here a fe...
