I am also having the same problem. In the Usa, I am using a pc firefox and Chrome. They both only show black screen with heading. You can select the other options at the top for Community and Apps but if you select explore you will get
Same here. I get a blank screen with just the header bar when I try on Safari and Google Chrome. If I trying launching the app on my Apple TV, it quits after about a minute of just sitting on the load screen.
I was bummed out but if you're using a browser, you can still watch your shows (if you search them up manually) here https://www.viki.com/explore
Webpage load times however are SLOOWWWW. Videos play fine but seem to be slightly lower quality. Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with Viki in any way other than a paying member.
