[Closed] My Account Won’t Let Me Upgrade

So I have gone to EVERY help page to try to fix this and NOTHING has helped. I want to upgrade my VikiPass Standard Yearly subscription to a VikiPass PLUS subscription and it will only give me options for plans to switch to monthly! It doesn’t give me the option to upgrade to plus at all! HELP!
