[Closed] Viki Pass Plus and Roku
I was just charged for the Viki Pass Plus a few days ago. Today, I cannot watch certain shows on the Roku or on the computer, but the show is available on my phone. I keep getting the show blocked message. Now, yes, I can watch on my phone, but I have Viki on my Roku for a reason. I removed the Viki app and reinstalled it. I have logged out and paired with viki.com/roku, and still I cannot even see my continue watching nor the show I want to watch. My Roku is updated, too. What's going on?

Hi, I have similar issues with the app, in my computer and my phone. I cannot see any tv show, i have viki pass plus and i was watching and suddenly stop it. And now, dont want to reproduce any episode !!!!
VIKI I don't get it. I have been a paid member with VIKI for years, and had very few problems. Within a month on VIKI PLUS, I've had more problems than I've had in 5yrs. Now I can't watch anything. Are you having problems because you have to many viewers, and you don't have the power to support the number of viewers. I'm thinking you are overloading your system
I am subscribed to Viki Pass Plus and can watch episodes of master in the house on my computer, however I cannot watch them on my ROKU box. They show the crossed key symbol for all episodes.
I was able to watch episodes yesterday, so what is changed?

It seems that there is no recent login from your account on your Roku device. Thus, it is likely that you are not logged into your Viki Pass account there.
