[Solved] Why am I still seeing ads?

  I am a Viki Plus subscriber.  Why am I getting ads when I want to watch.

  This problem started for me today too.  Why am I paying to be interrupted with ads?

  Having the same problem as well but only on my Roku TV. On my iPhone and iPad I can play videos without ads fine even the ones that are locked on my Roku TV with my Standard Pass. I can hook my phone up to my TV but it doesn’t play in full screen. Very frustrating.

  Not only am I seeing ads but a series that I normally watch has a hold on it can’t view

  I watched last night on my android with no problems, this morning I'm watched on TV roku with ads. Very frustrating since I have a paid acct.
