  Hi there!
  
  As the Chinese subtitles are embedded in the video for Ever Night, I'm afraid the Chinese subtitles cannot be removed.

   

  However, what I'd like to suggest is that you change your subtitle background to black so that it does not interfere with your English subtitles.
