[Closed] Constant interruptions of episodes and always loading 33%

An episode starts and anywhere from one to five minutes it stops and loading 33% appears on the screen then a minute or more later the episode continues and again stops and “loading 33%”    This happens over and over and over again. Checked settings, and with cable company. Signal strength is strong and fast so it must be something with Viki streaming. Please solve this annoying and becoming frustrating issue
