A year later - negative segment count

A year ago, I submitted the following request: 

I recently segmented a movie called Buddies in India. Our segments were deleted by the Viki team (?) and their segments were added to the movie, which we then corrected and passed on.
At first, I had 88 segments for my part in the movie, but now I have minus / negative 4. How is that even possible? Also, does this have an effect on anything? I kind of feel like I'm being punished for working on that movie...

Camille got back to me that the teams were still investigating, but after that I've heard nothing. 

I've seen others mention negative segments when they worked on Viki segmented dramas or movies.
Any reason for this happening?
