  I am also having the same problem. All of a sudden the subtitles on Chromecast are not available.

  my subtitles suddenly turned off on chromecast too.  what is the solution?

  Same my subtitles suddenly stopped working on Chromecast. It was working fine for several months with no issues and then it just suddenly said NA last week.
