    We see that the video is already in 1080p. 

    As we use adaptive streaming, I'd like to suggest that you check your internet connection and speed as the video quality is dependant on the strength and speed of your connection.

  • It shouldn't be a network problem. it only shows 720p on my side.

    Could you check if the 1080p ver. were actually uploaded?

    Could you provide us with a screenshot that shows that the video is playing at 720p?
