    Hey there,

    I looked up your email address com in our system, and see that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you login on your account.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I can recommend you to take the following steps:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Log back in to your account on your Fire TV box with your email

    If that doesn't fix the problem please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can escalate any problems to our engineers.

    I read somewhere I needed the latest Fire TV. So just installed new box and no change. Here are the screens. Maybe these are correct, but I assumed the Viki Pass screen would be different. Also, can I configure the menus and titles into Korean for my wife?

    Hey there! 

    It looks like your Viki Pass benefits are all set. If you still face issues, please let me know. 

    The language of the Viki app is tied to the system language of your Fire TV. To change the Viki app to Korean, please take the following steps:

    1. At the main page of your Fire TV (not the Viki app), go to Settings
    2. Select Preferences
    3. Scroll down to Language
    4. Select your desired language
