[Solved] subtitles not working on Roku again 5/4/19

This happened once before, I have reset the app, restarted the roku. Added and deleted the app, it was working at 9 AM but now it isn't

  • I tried all that last time. Nothing changed. It's not at your end - it's something Viki must be doing with the whole system. I don't know what exactly they are doing but there's not a way we can fix it ourselves. Frustrating.
