[Solved] English subtitles not showing
I have been watching Coffee, Do Me a Favor and Little House in the Forest. Both shows are supposed to have 100% of subtitles. Now the subtitles are not showing for either show. Nor are they showing for previous episodes that I have watched. I have a Roku 4. The settings show the captions are on. I unistalled the app and then reinstalled and still no subtitles. I'm not sure where the issue is.

No English subtitles on any of my shows!!!!😩😩😩
The same EXACT thing on my Roku. Not working for me either. Spent hours restarting Roku and TV. Switching captions on and off. Its been over 12 hours now and can't get them to come up on any of the Viki Programs.
They will work on the Viki phone app but no longer on my TV.
