I still didn't not received a response in regards to the subtitle not being accurate, and not coming up. All drama I try watching the subtitle is missing.

I am not from Viki, but you would give some more information.
What device you use, and browser ... Or app
Which channel, which video, starting at what point the subtitles are missing ...
And maybe you better make a request at the Help Center.
