.English subtitles very poor
I find that when I am watching the movie most of the times the English subtitles aren't showing. It's like the person who is doing the translation picks and chooses what to translate. Not all of what's being said in the movie is being translated. I feel that if this is something thing I am paying for then it should be done professionally. sometimes the words are spelt incorrectly or they are type so close to each other you can't understand. I love the movies on Viki but your English subtitles are very poor and need improvements. also I can't see the collection on the Roku tv Viki app. I have not been able to finish my dramas because there is no English subtitles showing up there is no translation.

I see this every day and as a Viki volunteer not a staff member, I am getting tired to explain. So why don't you just read what Viki told another person. And for other opportunities in life, always read the contracts of the deals you are making carefully.
