[Closed] English subtitles are not displaying even though it had worked previously

There is something wrong with the Viki website. The shows are streaming fine but none of the English subtitles are displaying. For shows that I know contain English subtitles because I've watched the same episodes previously with English subs appearing, all of a sudden do not display the English subtitles anymore. Also, each episode that I have viewed all say that the episode contains 100% English subtitle completion. So what is going on? I have tested at least 6 different shows within the last hour and in each instance, I am running into the same problem where the subtitles are not displaying, even though the subtitle button is engaged. I've also tried to log out and log back in several times, refresh my page several times, and clear cookies, in which none of these troubleshooting actions are helping. Please help me understand what is going on? Could this be a system-wide software glitch?
