[Solved] Videos not loading/playing on web (Viki.com) and multiple devices
Hello... I am having problems loading videos for several shows and episodes. I am getting the message "The video failed to load" when I try watching on all my devices - Web (Viki.com) mobile phone, Fire Tablet and Firestick. Please let us know what the issue is. It would be helpful if you can post a message on your @VikiStatus twitter account so that customers are aware of current issues. Thank you.

There were some hiccups in the system which led to video loading issues. The engineers have since resolved these issues.
If you continue to experience issues, please let me know.
