Why am I forced to enter a pin code? I pay for the subscription without entering one. Please take this off of my account. I watch R rated movies on a computer with my Viki app and it doesn't even prompt me to enter it. If I am watching the same R rated movie on TV it prompts me. That tells me that it is useless, so why do I have to jump through hoops to get this off my TV just to watch a movie. I don't understand how to use the ring with numbers plus I do not remember the numbers I used in the beginning.
