[Closed] Error Code 6462_3 Download Error
I have Viki plus and I have tried logging out and relogging in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and the app is updated. I also have enough space on my device. I have submitted a ticket for help but the response is slow. I keep having problems with the service and it is getting really frustrating paying for a service that is not working properly! Please help me with this issue.
