[Closed] Unable to upgrade to Pass Plus
So I keep seeing other people's posts closed about this from last year but it seems like the problem is still there, which is making me question wanting to upgrade or not. I switched from my annual plan to the monthly cause I thought it would help but it didn't so now I'm stuck with a monthly plan I do not want and no ability to upgrade to Pass Plus let alone even see the option/price for it. This problem has been going on it seems for over 6 or 7 months and I'm just really concerned as to why it hasn't been resolved yet. I saw that you were trying to solve it months ago and so I waited for it to be fixed but at this point its getting frustrating.

one thing I can say about viki "support team" they are not fast at fixing anything really. There has been a constant issue going on for like two years now I can't remember the issue is and they have yet to fix it. They are in no hurry to fix anything. Ive told them on several occasions if you refuse to even fix the issues but do these update that don't fix the issues basically you guys will loose your subscribers. They don't care.
