[Closed] Trouble watching viki

Trouble watching viki...Yesterday viki will play on Device but not TV just the thinking circle. Have cromecast has not been a problem since we bought the paid service. Other things like YouTube work ok just not viki.....help. Daniel have tried 3 different devices.
