[Closed] No cancellation confirmation but all my comments end up as closed
I've been trying to cancel my subscription. First, they send me in loops that don't go anywhere. Then they send me emails in Spanish to tell me to do all the things I did that sent me in loops. Then they tell me my case is closed because I have too many open requests. Just cancel my subscription, and I'll stop sending requests. This is maddening and unethical.
