[Closed] Cancel my subscription
I've been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription. I've tried on my computer, my phone, and through my Roku on my TV. I've made requests and have received several emails in Spanish that tell me to do all the steps I've been doing. Thank goodness I have Spanish-speaking friends, but the emails just made me even more angry. I click on all the right things and get sent in loops. I should not have been charged for this last month, because I've been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. I'm so frustrated and have no idea how to get this taken care of. I use to tell everyone about Viki and have had several friends join, but I won't be doing that anymore!
