[Closed] Closed captions no longer showing up

Running Viki on Roku. Closed captions stopped working yesterday on all shows. I uninstalled Viki , reinstalled and then logged in. It's set to display captions on all shows....still not working. Captions work on the viki app on my phone just not Roku. Help.
